Halloween Activities and Things for Kids 2015

Halloween falls on Saturday, October 31, this year. With most of the kids being done with their year end exams , it’s time to enjoy the fun and festivities! Many places are starting early and celebration starts as early as mid October.

We will be adding to the list as we discover more places, so check back here or on our event calendar often. Do drop us a note too if you know of any places with kids friendly Halloween events so we can share it with all the parents here.

ACM After Dark: Escape from Hell

Activities inspired by the Ten Courts of Hell in Chinese mythology Brave hair-raising chambers of torture, and complete wicked tasks to escape from hell at the museum. Listen to haunting tales in the galleries and create special souvenirs to take home.

Disco on Ice – Halloween Chills at The Rink

Come and disco with your friends dressed to “Kill” and “Scare” this Halloween! Participate in our Halloween games and treat yourself to Marble Slab voucher.

Walk along and Trick or Treat at Woodsgrove Avenue

The tradition along this street for kids and people to be dress in their Halloween costumes and goes trick or treating. Just walk along and enjoy the festivities.

Find costumes, masks

Where can you find costumes, masks, themes, tricks etc? Here are some places around the island where you can get the stuff:

  • Daiso. Cheap and good. There are witch hats, pumpkins, skeletons decos, hats and props for just $2 per item.
  • Gifts Greetings. Masks, costumes and creepy crawly stuffs.
  • The Party Stuff have some cool balloons and pinatas, treat bags and Halloween theme party stuff.
  • ICB Enterprise House at 116 Middle Road have a few shops side by side that sells decos, props and masks.
  • Toys R Us. Masks, costumes and creepy crawly stuffs.
