You can go for nature walks, visti Sally Port, ASEAN Sculpture Garden, Fort Canning Green (The Old Christian Cemetary), Spice Garden, Keramat Iskandar Shah, Archaeological Dig and Exhibition Area, Maritime Corner@Fort Canning, Parit Singapura and Princess Pond.
This redeveloped enclave along East Coast Park has a 3,500sqm outdoor playground children’s playground with a range of play equipment suitable for children of varying ages.
There are also plenty of eateries including Babalicious, Hill Street Coffee Shop, McDonald’s, My Briyani House and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Sembawang Park is a 15 hectare park at the end of Sembawang Road.
There is a Jetty, Boardwalk overlooking the sea and a battle ship playground for kids 6-12. The Battleship Playgound comes with what looks like gun turrets and propellers. There are also plenty of rope ladders and rock climbing walls
Good for a half day hike. There is a visitor centre with exhibits, wash room and water cooler near the entrance.
Up the Hill and Down the Caves at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve
East Coast Park has a total land size of 185 hectares, and a scenic coastline that stretches over 15 km. There are many eating and lifestyle hubs there.
Lower Seletar Reservoir Park has a Family Bay with a new performance stage, a water play area, a bioswale rain garden, as well as a Heritage Bridge. The park is also popular venue for kayaking and dragon-boating.
Great to attempt with older kids. It’s a long walk with few rest stop in between. The distance to the entrance of the TreeTop Walk is approximately 4.5 km (1.5 – 2 hr walk) from MacRitchie Reservoir Park and 2.5 km (45 mins – 1 hr walk) from the car park at Venus Drive. A round trip including the TreeTop Walk is about 7 km to 10 km (3-5 hrs depending on your walking pace).
This is a great place to start to experience the Henderson Waves and Forest Walk. There are also a great skyline view of the city from the Terrace Garden and plenty of opportunities to sport a squirrel, butterfly and a variety birds.
This 50 ha park houses a wide variety of habitats, including coastal forests, grasslands, mangroves, and casuarina woodlands.
It’s a good destination to cycle to from Punggol Promenade.
This is the side of Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park with the water playground and playgrounds! There are also lots of nature to see and explore here, not to mention the lovely Grub restaurant which serves yummy food.
The children’s water playground in Pond Gardens is in operation from Thursday – Sunday; 8am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm.
This is an island where many attractions and entertainment venues resides. Among them are Resort world and their attractions, Madame Tussauds Butterfly Park & Insect Kingdom and Port of Lost Wonder. There are also stretches of beach and board walks where you can simply roam about and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

130-hectare Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve is the largest mangrove forest in Singapore and became Singapore’s first ASEAN Heritage Park in 2003. Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve extension open in Dec 2014 which make it more accessible for families with kids.
Places to check out include the Junior Adventure Trail, Visitor Centre, Viewing Pods, Mid-canopy Walk, Coastal boardwalk, Forest Trail, Mudflats (only visible during low tights)
Visitors can access the new extension via a new entrance to the reserve at Kranji Way

Walk, Cycle , Enjoy the Scenery! This long stretch with a great view is near Punggol Waterway Park and you can cycle via the park connector to Punggol Promenade (approximately 20 mins on a bicycle ) where there is food, bicycle rentals and a couple of unique pond with lots of tortoise.
This is were you can find Punggol Point Park, Ponggol Settlement and visit the site of Sook Ching Massacre.
You can see ponds it lots of tortoises bathing in the sand, a small playground, look across the sea to see Malaysia and Pulai Ubin and rent a bicycle to ride all the way pass My Water Way@ Ponggol to Punggol Waterway Park
