Halloween Activities and Things for Kids 2013

Looking for things to do for Halloween? We have discover some places that are offering fun Halloween activities for the kids. Halloween falls on Thursday, October 31, this year so most places are celebrating during the week end before but fun is not limited to those dates. Some places are having it the weekend after too.

Monsters’ Ball on Ice – Halloween Skate Party at The Rink

Come in your scariest costume and enjoy a FREE session extension (skate for 2 sessions, pay for only one). Skate in a spooky ambience, give yourself a Monster Makeover in the Room of Doom, plus prizes, tricks, and treats up for grabs.

Walk along and Trick or Treat at Woodsgrove Avenue

The tradition along this street for kids and people to be dress in their Halloween costumes and goes trick or treating. Just walk along and enjoy the festivities.

Halloween Party at Fun at Giggles

Halloween Craft activities, pinata! and best dressed competition

Where : Fun at Giggles , Marine Parade
When : 26th October 2013 Saturday, 5 to 7pm
Cost: $28 per child. Giggles pass holders just need to top up $10

Frightful Festivities at SAFRA: Halloween Fright Night 2013

Trick or Treat Scavengers Hunt, a feast of “Boo-Fay”. There will be haunted trails (parental advisory is required), tarot card reading, face painting and photo opportunity with creatures of the night and expect a ghoulish fun of activities for everyone!

It’s Pumkin Time at Kidz Amaze

Boney Halloween at The Science Centre

Understand more about the human skeletal system; see a microscopic view of bone cells and through a simple experiment, understand the importance of calcium in our daily diet to strengthen them. And a Boney Halloween is never complete without a scary Mr Bones! Each participant will also be given a 1m tall skeleton model to bring back and scare your peers! More about Boney Halloween…

Halloween Power Chefs Camp

Find costumes, masks

Where can you find costumes, masks, themes, tricks etc? Here are some places around the island where you can get the stuff:

Daiso. Cheap and good. There are witch hats, pumpkins, skeletons decos, hats and props for just $2 per item.
Gifts Greetings. Masks, costumes and creepy crawly stuffs.
The Party Stuff have some cool balloons and pinatas, treat bags and Halloween theme party stuff.
ICB Enterprise House at 116 Middle Road have a few shops side by side that sells decos, props and masks.
Toys R Us. Masks, costumes and creepy crawly stuffs.
